LMAO :rofl :rofl :rofl

They also buy my CJ3B jeep bodies from a WD like Smittybilt/4wd Hardware/Omixada for $2000 manufactured in the Philippines, put black paint on that shit and then call the body hand made in the United States.

Sell for $101,000.00

Even though this truck was built in 2010 with all brand new parts, it is titled and currently registered in California as a 1964 Toyota and is completely smog exempt.

They took the vin/tags from the original frame/body of a '64 and put them on this thing, making it a 64. I didnt read the ad, so maybe it just has the original frame/cab just redone?

Says built in 2010 with all new parts. So they're either committing VIN fraud or lying about using all new parts.

Pretty much. All you need is a recycled vin/serial from either the frame, engine, glovebox, etc. and you have a 1960-1978 FJ or CJ3B.
